Fillmore Central landed in fifth place at the 2010 Southern Nebraska Conference (SNC) golf tournament played on Friday at David City.

The Panthers combined to fire a 368, which was 45 strokes behind team champion Sutton. Superior was runner-up, while the host Scouts finished in third position. Milford was fourth.

FC senior Paul Hubert earned an individual medal at the SNC meet. Hubert carded an 84 to earn seventh place at the nine-team meet.

Districts for the Panthers are Monday, May 17, at the Quail Run Golf Course in Columbus. State Golf is May 25-26 at the Kearney Country Club.
