The Nebraska Wind Conference Planning Committee invites those interested in the wind industry of Nebraska to attend the 5th Annual Nebraska Wind Conference being held October 22-23, 2012 in Lincoln at the Cornhusker Hotel.

This year’s theme is:

“United and Strategic in Advancing the Wind Industry of Nebraska”

Keynote speakers Clarence Moiser Jr. and Randy Caviness of Farmers Electric Cooperative of Greenfield, IA  will be discussing rural economic development through wind energy from an Iowa Coops’s perspective and keynote speaker Greg Wortham, Mayor of Sweetwater, TX  will be discussing how wind has changed the community of Sweetwater.
