A Geneva man has accepted a written plea agreement and will be sentenced on the amended charge in December.
Joshua Matthew Croom Williamson, 40, pleaded guilty to Terroristic Threats, a Class 3A felony, last month in the Fillmore County District Court.  The charge carries a maximum jail term of three years. Two additional Class 1 felony charges involving a firearm were dropped in the case.
Sentencing will take place on December 14, at 10:15 a.m.  Fillmore County District Court Judge Vicky Johnson ordered a pre-sentence investigation to take place.
The charges stem from an April 15 incident where shots were fired outside a Geneva residence.  On April 16, Williamson admitted to law enforcement that he had fired three shots into the ground.
