ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Learn about the development process for downtown commercial buildings from assessments, feasibility studies and pro forma analysis to city involvement, design, code issues and the financial incentives available for development. Also hear from a panel of municipal officials on how to work with city/county government on re-development projects downtown.

$15 (members) and $50 (non-members)
The registration fee for Heritage Nebraska Main Street Community Members, Associate Main Street Member Communities and members of Heritage Nebraska is $15. Non-member registration is $50 and includes a one-year individual membership to Heritage Nebraska. Registrations will be accepted by mail with a check or you can register by credit card by calling the Heritage Nebraska Main Street Office at 402.323.7337. All registrants will receive the final schedule, downtown restaurant guide and any handouts via email prior to the workshop.
